Wedding Coordination

+ Setup & Takedown

This service is curated for couples who are looking after the majority of wedding planning elements themselves - but are looking for a reliable point-person to execute their vision. After all it is difficult to be both bride / groom, and wedding manager. We don't simply show up on the wedding day & do our magic; instead we work with our clients well in advance of the wedding to understand all the details & logistics, & provide assistance along the way. This is before 'day of', or 'month of' the wedding.

This is our most common offering, with 1 lead coordinator for ~10 hours at your wedding; common services include:

  • Introductory consultation call, 

  • (2) Pre-wedding consultation sessions, typically 1 of which is a venue walk through,

  • Welcome & vendor guide including preferred vendor rates,

  • Support developing wedding timeline,

  • Providing vendor recommendations,

  • Flowers, cake/sweets pickup on the morning of,

  • Finishing touches on décor (candles, signage, greenery),

  • Liaising with vendor & venue team to ensure effective flow of events throughout ceremony & reception,

  • Receipt of wedding certificate from officiant,

  • Transfer of ceremony décor, 

  • Coordination of wedding party & family members from procession to grand entry & toasts, first dances & everything in between, 

  • Coordination and prompting of emcee(s), 

  • Safe keeping of marriage certificate, guest book, cards & gifts,

  • Oversee late night lunch activities prior to departing. 

                                           Starting @ $1299

While we do not love the idea of 'packages', we have to group our services somehow. The key difference here is that weddings that require setup &/or takedown beyond the finishing touches, usually need another set of hands and/or additional hours. Depending on the scope of work & time allotted, an assistant (or two) will accompany your lead coordinator to ensure your décor vision is executed flawlessly. 

Clients will be supported with 1 lead coordinator for ~12 hours at your wedding, & who will be the main point of contact leading up to the wedding, + an assistant.  The services include everything from our coordination offering, plus: 

  • Ceremony & reception décor & floral setup 

  • Ceremony & reception décor (flip if needed) & takedown of items back into organized totes 

  • Placement of personal items, florals, gifts, décor etc. into designated take-away location (ie. vehicle, separate storage area, hotel room).

We are now offering 1 hour consulting sessions for you to tap into our industry expertise & ask all your burning questions as you go about planning your wedding. 

We can help you with vendor procurement, timeline development, helpful tips & suggestions to fully enjoy your wedding day, & cost-saving tactics. 


If later down the road you decide to extend our relationship & bring us on for coordination, we will refund the consulting cost!
