1. WEDDING COORDINATION
This service is perfect for those who might get their venue for several days and do not require extensive help with setup/take down, or just have minimal decor. Of course we are happy to put out cupcakes, light candles, and store your cards & gifts with 1 lead coordinator. Typical services include:
Vendor recommendations and preferred vendor discounts
Venue walk through meeting
Pickups morning of: flowers, cakes/cupcakes, breakfast etc.
Finishing touches of ceremony setup
Liaise with officiant and musician/DJ to coordinate procession
Take down ceremony site and transfer decor
Set up cupcakes, desserts, flowers etc. & finishing reception setup
Overall coordination of wedding timeline & vendors management
Cuing of: DJ, MC, caterer, speeches, cutting cake, first dance, bouquet toss etc
Safe keeping of marriage license, guest book, cards and gifts

2. COORDINATION W/ SETUP & TAKEDOWN
Get access to your venue day of? This package is designed for clients who need assistance setting up and or taking down at their venue, beyond the small finishing touches. We will provide 1 lead coordinator, and 1-2 assistants as required to style your space efficiently and beautifully, and take down your decor if required during the reception. All the above services listed in Option 1 are included, in addition to the following:
Full ceremony setup
Full reception setup including linens, chairs, table decor, accessory tables, head table etc.
Takedown of items during the reception
1-2 assistants if required
Up to 12 hours Wedding Day - starting at $1399
* The assistants typically join for setup and/or take down only.
