When we decided to change our venue last minute due to torrential downpour, Amy took care of everything - setting up, organizing guests, directing our entrance in this new space, etc. If anything came up, Amy was a step ahead to make things run even more efficiently. My husband and I keep telling everyone we know that hiring a day of coordinator, specifically Christine of Locke Wedding Co, was hands down the best money we have ever spent. It’s actually probably the best money we will ever spend in our entire lives haha. We initially met with Kelsey, she was so wonderful to talk to and walked us through the services they provide in great detail. We loved her and decided that night to hire them. We were paired with Christine and oh my goodness, this woman is the hardest worker I have ever met. I am a complete control freak so having someone else take the reins on the day was nerve racking at first thought, but after meeting her I knew we were in good hands. She met with us twice before our wedding day to fine tune every little detail and answer every question we had. She went above and beyond for us in so many ways.  Don’t think twice, open your cheque book right now and book these women… their pricing is fantastic and they will work their butts off for you so you can have the perfect day!

We are so grateful for Locke Weddings. We had Amy as our day of coordinator and couldn't be happier with her work. We initially hired a day of coordinator so that we didn't need to worry about decor set up/take down but I am SO thankful that we had Amy with us the whole day. She helped keep us on time and made sure the day was perfect. If there was a problem, I didn't know about it. I didn't realize how quick the day would go by (even though everyone tells you it will) and she was there every step of the way so that we didn't need to worry about a thing! I knew one of my must haves for our wedding was a day of coordinator. I needed someone to execute my vision and take care of all those little details so I didn't worry and that is exactly what Stacy did! She was so easy to communicate with and was excited about being apart of our day. Looking back at the day I have said to my husband many times, Stacy was just a ninja. She was on top of anything and everything and made sure we all stayed on track. I would 100% recommend Stacy and Locke Wedding Co. to any bride/groom out there. And yes the thing everyone wonders, it was 110% worth every penny!

I flip flopped so many times trying to decide whether hiring a DOC was worth it but I am so, so glad we did - and I'm even more happy with the fact that we hired Kelsey! From the very first interaction I had with her, she was such a pleasure to talk to. She truly made my husband and I feel like we were in good hands. After our first FaceTime meeting, I knew I wanted to book her. Kelsey and Amy helped to execute our ceremony seamlessly and I am sure that without them there cuing us up to walk down the aisle we would've been a stressed out mess! Kelsey also made sure that anything unexpected was dealt with and was such a big help in making sure that all of our decor, cards, gifs, etc. were safely put away where they needed to be. We really struggled while deciding whether or not to hire a coordinator for our wedding. Thank goodness we did! Kelsey was absolutely incredible to work with and was a lifesaver. She was so organized and knew every question to ask and detail to note. She took our scattered vision and turned our venue into the wedding of my dreams. I don't think we could've made it look half as great without her. She made sure our evening ran smoothly and we can honestly say our reception was perfect. Working with Locke Weddings was the easiest and best decision we made for our big day! Working with Christine was a dream - she was thorough leading up to the wedding, and always available through text and email. Christine was also organized, polite and punctual, not to mention she made everything run smoothly on our wedding day and if something went wrong, we still don't know about it as Christine handled everything for us. She kept us on track with our timelines and touched base with us throughout the night to ensure we were happy with everything. Let me tell you why you need to hire Locke Weddings for your day of coordination. It will seriously make your big day SO much better than having to worry about your own decor and reception or get family to do it for you.

Kelsey and her team were SO amazing. I gave her my stuff with some vague sticky notes and a couple spreadsheets and she transformed my wedding into something more beautiful than I could have ever even imagined. On top of that, she coordinated all the vendors for me, picked stuff up, dropped stuff off and made sure the entire reception went smoothly!

Kelsey is so professional, positive, personable and organized! everyone she dealt with LOVED her. I can't imagine having to do our big day without her and I am so glad she was a here! We got to enjoy our day with NO stress. Zero regrets hiring Locke Weddings and I know you won't have any either!

I don’t know what I would have done without Kelsey!! She was organized, detail orientated, and all around amazing to work with. She met with us before the wedding and just like me, very “A type” personality and even made me think of things I would have never thought of myself for our wedding. The day of the wedding she ran around everywhere for me and I can’t thank her enough. From running back to my house to get my wrap that I forgot for my dress to having mints for the bridal party she was the best. Even our other professionals that we had working for us commented on how excellent she was! Such a reasonable price, I would pay her 10x over to have her give me the peace of mind I had on my big day : )

We worked with Christine from Locke Weddings, and seriously... if we didn't have her I am positive our wedding would have been a nightmare. She busted her little butt all day to make sure everything was going perfectly, and it seriously did. I had no idea if anything went wrong because she took care of everything. From the very beginning, Stacy was so great with answering any questions I had prior to the wedding whether it was needing a second opinion or a recommendation she was happy to help. I also really appreciated her need to know everything from what decor I had and where it was to be placed, to the order of events and all the minor details.

As for the day of, she was incredible!! Stacy made me feel so calm and reassured that everything was going well and exactly how we had discussed. She took care of so many little things that I would never have been able to do or would have actually gone crazy trying to accomplish. She was so kind and caring not only for my needs, but also the needs of my family and bridal party.

I honestly could not have imagined my day without Stacy!

Kelsey was such a pleasure to work with! We planned our wedding in Banff from out of town. I felt lucky to connect with Kelsey early on and she was a great resource in getting the planning under way. Kelsey was available by phone and email throughout my planning for some much needed advice! When we got to town a week before our wedding Kelsey was able to meet in person and iron out some details in our timeline. Kelsey was calm, organized and on top of it! She orchestrated our ceremony while simultaneously setting up our reception hall for dinner. We had a tight timeline and she was up for the task! Everything was done on time and the decor looked even better than I imagined.

I only have great things to say about Kelsey and Locke Weddings.  From the initial emails I knew I would be in good hands, which was only confirmed by meeting with Kelsey months before the wedding. As the big day came closer, Kelsey made sure to iron out all the details, including the things I hadn't thought of myself to that date!  The way Kelsey set things up for the ceremony and reception was exactly how I imagined.  The entire day went so smoothly, I really could just focus on the guests and my new husband! Kelsey made sure all the vendors were on the same page, and kept everything right on time. The cost (which is very affordable to others googled) was very much worth the sanity that Locke Weddings provided for Jeff and I.
